Luke Spencer

Luke Spencer is the Network’s Partnerships & Innovation Lead, responsible for strengthening connections across New Zealand’s research, industry, and government sectors. He brings experience in strategic growth and cross-sector collaboration from his role as Partnerships & Innovation Manager at UniServices, where he leads initiatives that link researchers and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Luke works closely with teams across science, technology, and innovation, from digital manufacturing pilots with international collaborators to AI-driven health research and All-of-Government programmes, helping to turn ideas into outcomes that create national benefit.
